Put Options For Profit
I have always preferred playing put options to other strategies. The main reasons are as follows.
The market moves fast when in a downward trend.
Most downward trends occur when support is broken
Put options don’t suffer time decay like call options can in a slow uptrend. this is because selling is always fast and furious.
Even in an uptrend, put options as a selling strategy when used with an insurance put, are good income earners.
Analyse your charts, find your support and resistance lines, check your RSI, and the stochastic, consider your weekly charts for overall trends and longer term movement and place your trade.
In uncestain times such as theses put options can be very attractive as a trading tool.
